Mission Statement:

Dear Falcon Elite Team,

The Falcons Elite staff and volunteers have been working hard to make improvements to our non-profit, community based program. Our top priorities include better developing our in-house program to create a fun and competitive basketball environment for all players, strengthening our Travel program by providing expert support and advanced opportunities for our players and coaches, and to provide responsive communication between the league and the community. 

Keeping all that in mind, Falcons Elite is happy to announce that for the upcoming 2022/23 Winter basketball season, Falcons Elite and PRBL will be  working together as partners to provide the Pennsbury basketball community with a fun and competitive basketball season!

What the PRBL/Falcon Elite partnership looks like for the Winter season:

All PRBL and Falcons Elite in-house players will be combined and will play in the same in-house league this year. Communication for and about the upcoming in-house season will (continue) to come from PRBL. In-house players should expect to hear from a coach by late November. From there, your coach will relay all practice and game schedules for the season. In-house Registration - 

• PRBL In-house - if you have already registered for in-house at the PRBL site there's nothing more you need to do to play this season. 
• Falcons Elite In-house - if you have already registered for in-house at the FE site, there's nothing more you need to do ro play this season.
• If you have not yet registered for the PRBL/FE winter in-house basketball season, but would like to - please visit www.PRBLonline.com to get started. 

Additional ways PRBL and FE plan to support our In-house program this year include:

• Offering scholarships to ensure all players have access to playing basketball
• Hosting 2 Coaches Clinics
• Offering 4 free, in-season clinics at the PHS with Basketball Head Coach Wes Emme
• Enforcing a new 5 player request per team rule to improve competitiveness within divisions
• Holding pre-season evaluations for players in grades 5th -8th to balance the competitiveness of teams.

Travel Division - 

This season, The PRBL Travel program will combine with the Falcon Elite Travel program and will operate as one program to offer travel players in grades 3rd - 8th a competitive basketball season. Our combined travel leagues will play in the Inter County Basketball Association (ICBA) under the Pennsbury Falcon name. Further communication about Travel tryouts will be sent from both organizations and will contain the same information for the same (only) tryouts for the season. If you registered for PRBL Travel - you will receive emails regarding travel tryouts from PRBL. If you are registered for FE Travel - you will receive emails regarding travel tryouts from FE. Both organizations will send out the same travel tryout info.  After teams are selected, Justin Baxter will take over the Travel division communication with travel families and coaches.
